I run an independent advisory practice working with executives and leadership teams on data, strategy, transformation, and leadership. My work is focused on helping organisations increase revenue and long-term value by making better, more disciplined decisions in complex environments.

My approach is deliberately structured and rational. I draw on data, experience, and challenge to cut through noise, clarify trade-offs, and support decisions that can be executed and sustained - not just agreed in principle.

Prior to establishing my practice, I spent nearly a decade in senior leadership roles at LeoVegas, including Chief Data and Retention Officer, where I worked closely with the executive team and senior leaders on data, growth, strategy, and transformation in a highly competitive, regulated industry.

Earlier in my career, I advised organisations across sectors for over eight years at KPMG, and worked at IBM, building a strong foundation in analytics, technology, governance, and risk.

Alongside my executive and advisory work, I have served as a board director and non-executive advisor, and I am a co-founder and President of the DAMA Malta Chapter. I have also served as President of the ISACA Malta Chapter, reflecting a long-standing commitment to data, technology, and governance at leadership level.
